Hi Marni. The cookies sound delicious and I will make them. I'm always looking for new and healthier Passover recipes, especially sweets for the end of the meal.

I've been making Passover macaroons for years - both plain coconut and chocolate.

I was wondering if you have a healthier take on this traditional sweet.

Thanks, Wendy
