		<description>To reduce waste, I buy large containers of yogurt and applesauce, use the bulk bins at the health food store, etc.  We like wraps alot.  Whole wheat tortillas with brown rice, black beans, and corn.  Or with romaine lettuce, chicken and Caesar dressing.</description>
